Premier Inn London Hanger Lane hotel

I stayed in the premier plus room and it was really spacious and clean. The bed was an actual big double and not twins pushed together where you feel the gap between the beds. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the insulation in the windows is not good and the room got cold and water came in. Apart from that it’s really nice

Outstanding service at this hotel everyone of the staff are super friendly and can't do enough for you. Also the breakfast was top notch. Even parking was very easy as you park under the hotel itself and reception door is right there after you park your car you're directly into reception literally 5 minutes. Ten out of ten for this one.

Perfect location to travel the whole of London . Train bus just outside the hotel .lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel super clean and the rooms and big .beds are so comfortable. I had a great stay at Premier Inn Hangar Lane. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was very pleasant. Breakfast was especially enjoyable, Migma was incredibly helpful and professional during breakfast time. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly, which really made the morning start on a positive note. Thank you for the lovely hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

We needed somewhere close to Wembley to see Coldplay 22.08.25 but not too far in case we needed to walk to the arena. We also didn't want to pay a fortune because the closer you got the more expensive the hotels were! Hanger Lane was a compromise at £359.96 precisely for two rooms ( 4 adults). It was definitely a 40 minute walk if we had needed to, taxis were reasonably priced but basically the whole area around the arena is gridlocked when anyone is playing. We would stay in this hotel again though definitely although plan our arrival to Wembley better next time. When we went through the hotel doors there was one reception station with a member of staff and a couple of machines where they would rather you checked in at. This would have been a good idea and quite a quick check in but there were a large number of people checking in and the machines were faulty. So this led to a long queue to check in. The staff member was very efficient and patient and the queue soon was dealt with. We got out key cards to our rooms which were really lovely. An excellent size, clean and very comfortable beds. To be honest I would have been very surprised if there was a problem with the room as Premier Inns have great reputations nowadays. I, as usual asked for more milk and coffee and we were set for the stay. Coldplay was stupendous. No need to say anything else - go see them! Breakfast in the morning was gorgeous. We paid for the unlimited breakfast which was really worth it. I have allergies and am gluten free and this did not cause any problems for them at all. As usual I couldn't have sausages but there was a great selection of hot foods alongside the cold fruits, yoghurt and fruit juices. I was offered gluten free bread which was obviously cooked in an allergy specific part of the kitchen. They were very allergy aware. Migma & Indu were stand out staff members who went above and beyond so thank you. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Stayed here many times. Never disappointed. Rooms are spacious, clean, heating works well, quiet considering it is adjacent to A40 motorway. 2 minute walk to Hanger Lane tube station, 15 minute ride to Central London by train. And special mention to Indu and Migma, they now know me by face and always serve with big smile and great attention.

Very good location. 2 minutes walk to London underground station (hanger lane) and Park Royal (5mins walk) We booked Family room , 2 adult and 1 child. Room was excellent , nice and clean , Plenty of towels and extras. Excellent customer service staff , Reception staff , restaurant and room cleaner staff. Everyone was helpful. Thank you so much to Management for sorting out early check in , My white Hyundai i20 broke down front of the Hotel , Hotel manager and member came out to help , Pushing my car to the car park . We love this hotel and use it a couple of times a year. Our room had been recently refurbished and was spacious and clean. It’s in a perfect location - opposite the tube station and around a 45min tube ride to central London (Holborn), and only £15 parking for 24hrs. We eat in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and always enjoy our food. The real stars are the staff. We always, without fail, have the most incredible service. On this occasion it was my MIL’s birthday and they couldn’t do enough to make it a special birthday breakfast, and even gave her a card and bottle of wine. A massive thank you to Migma, Indu and Varsi for going above and beyond and always making our stays enjoyable.
